【Pick-up】
Please pick up the goods within 7 days from Receipt day or after receiving the notification information. If more than 7 days, our company will charge the storage fee according to 1% of the total amount of the product.
【Return& Change】
Refund & Exchange within 30 days.NO RECEIPT-NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE. Final Sale, Discontinued, Special Order(Damaged Tile, Pieces Tile, Paints, Mixed Compound and Any Customized Products are NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE.
Please inspect all products before leaving our store or the delivery driver leaves places. Please make sure you're enough experienced in installation,Wetrans is not responsible of any wrong installation.
Returns for Big and Heavey items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Such as Shower doors, shower panels, vanities& bathtubs,Tile, Flooring and so on.
Some special flooring brand will charge 30% restocking fee, which is following Factory's policy.
